The wine program at Gabriel's Restaurant offers our customers some of
the finest wines in the world from major vineyards, while at the same
time providing selections of smaller wineries producing the most exciting
new wines. Gabriel's Restaurant is dedicated to the maintenance and growth
of the list; we continually strive to add older vintages of top wineries,
and current vintages that will become classics.
All of the wine at the Restaurant is kept in humidity controlled-55 degree
cellars. Gabriel's wine list accurately reflects our on site inventory,
it is our commitment to our customers. When limited quantities of a particular
vintage exist, we indicate it on the list. Selected wines are decanted in
Riedel Duck decanters, and the restaurant uses an abundance of Riedel crystal
glassware. The list has over 1200 selections, and is still growing.
Selections start at $25, offering a range of prices up to $2000. The cellar
currently contains over 11,000 bottles. The wine list features selections
from California, France, Italy, and also selected vintages from Washington,
Oregon, Australia, Germany, and New Zealand. Also included are carefully
selected Ports, as well as dessert wines from France and California.
The focus of the wine list at Gabriel's will always be fine wines with customer
value in mind. Our innovative cuisine demands great wine, and from an extensive
array of producers. Our goal is to continue to expand our offerings, eventually
building an inventory with great vintage depth, featuring even more rare
and difficult to obtain offerings.
