Here's How Gabriel's Guides You Through The Maze Of
Designing, Building And Stocking Your Custom Wine Cellar
GABRIEL'S WINE CELLARS WALKS YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS
Gabriel's Wine Cellars has learned that, like the aging
of a fine wine, it takes time to tailor a wine cellar
design concept for each client.
But Gabriel's is there to gather input on your personal
wants and available space, and use it to design, build
and stock a custom wine cellar that will give you years
of fine wines and memorable home entertaining.

You will work personally with me, Gabriel Viti,
from the very beginning. I will be your point-person
on design and construction, and can assist you
later for consultation on the types of wine and
stemware you will want and need.
Most of clients come to us with an idea of the
size they want their wine cellar to be. Either
at our wine cellar in Highwood, Ill., or in your
home, we will start by giving you a "heads-up"
on potential costs, based on your space available.

When the client is ready to proceed, we visit again,
examine the space, and take measurements. Our potential
client will visit our wine cellar showroom and study
the wide variety of racking and environmental equipment
on display there.
If the wine cellar is to be constructed as a stand-alone
project, our skilled craftsmen -- carpenters, electricians
and mechanical professionals -- will work in your home
to construct and install your wine cellar.
 If
the wine cellar is part of a major home remodeling,
or new construction, we will work closely with your
general contractor to interface equipment installation
with the overall project.
We can do everything from scratch, or only install
equipment and racking in a space for which your general
contractor follows our design, but does the actual room
construction himself. In these cases Gabriel's Wine
Cellars Inc. works as a consultant to you.
