- Layout and design of physical space, including all
renovation, construction and decorating. All facets
of the cellar are included, start to finish.
- We will also stock the cellar with your selection
from our list of available wines. All wines will be
labelled and organized.
- The cellar will be temperature and humidity controlled
and monitored with state of the art refrigeration
and humidifiers.
- We will also stock the cellar with glassware from
our enormous selection of Riedel and Spiegleau glasses,
as well as all accessories, i.e. decanters, corkscrews.
- 100% of the cellar will be constructed from redwood.
The cellar will not be made from kits, but will be
custom measured and built to your specs.
- We can also add cold refrigeration inside the cellar
for white wine ready to drink.
- For large cellars we also offer a custom barcode
tracking system designed to keep track of your investment,
and let you know where your wine is, how much you
paid for it, when it was purchased, and when you drank
it.
- We also offer gift baskets -- the basket will be
hand made and filled with wine, cheeses, olives, etc.,
corporate gifts also.
- We have hundreds of spirits and wines to choose
from, including rare cognac, armagnac, and calvados.
